This police memorial is located in front of the West Covina police department headquarters.

There are two plaques on the memorial. One plaque reads: "Blessed are those who mourn; they will be comforted. Blessed are those who work for peace. They are God's children."
Thew second plaque reads: "They will be remembered. This memorial is a tribute to the brave and dedicated West Covina police officers who have given their lives in services to their community"
On top of the memorial is the shield of the West Covina police department.
The memorial is also dedicated to Officer Frederick J Hamm, Officer Kenneth Scott Wrede and Jay W Jackson.
Hamm died in a motorcyle accident on Garvey Ave. Wrede was killed during a disturbance call in West Covina. Jackson was killed by gunfire by an escaped mental patient.
