This mark is located on the east side of the Charlestown Bridge as it goes over Constitution Rd just south of City Square in Charlestown and east of Paul Revere Park.

The mark is embedded in a concrete based for a green railing, not the shaped blocks that comprise the walkway. The mark is a couple feet east of the Freedom Trail, closer to the railing than the Trail. The mark is easily reached from the corner of Chelsea St up by the square.
