A specifically commissioned sculpture by the newspaper owner in the early 1990's for this building. Figurative boy on a bike delivering the Bristol Herald-Courier (morning edition) or Virginia-Tennessean (afternoon). The piece cannot be seen from the street, but is located to the left of the main entrance in a glassed partial enclosure.
