On the corner of State Steet's intection with Commonwealth Ave/Volunteer Pkwy, you can see an oversized guitar showning the location of the Bristol, TN/VA Chamber of Commerce. In 1998, the U.S. Congress recognized Bristol as the official "Birthplace of Country Music".
