Eggleston Moor trig point is located on the moor north of the village of Eggleston in Teesdale. There are splendid views across the moors towards Weardale.

Eggleston Moor Trig point is no longer used for surveying purposes by Ordnance Survey. It was last verified in 1958. The flush bracket on the side of the pillar was originally 461.1045 metres above sea level(Newlyn Datum).
