The headline gargoyle is the first that I have seen of this type. A number of them have had pipework added, some look rather a strange mix of Hawaiian and Celtic! A couple look as though they are recent replacements for gargoyles so badly worn that they have become unrecognisable. I have added one or two badly worn ones for the record.
