L'église de la Visitation, en pierre, a été construite en 1876. En 1908, on y a ajouté deux statues sur la façade: un Sacré-Cœur et un Saint-Michel. En 1914, un incendie fait des dégâts à l'intérieur. On la restaure en y agrandissant le chœur. Le 12 juin 1977, l'église subit un nouvel incendie. On décide de ne pas la reconstruire.

Le parc et le jardin ont été aménagés après l'incendie de l'église en juin 1977 suivi de trois ans de fouilles archéologiques sur le site. L'église a conservé sa façade et ses longs pans de mur. La croix du clocher et sa cloche ont été placés tout près dans le parc.

Les vestiges de l'église Notre-Dame-de-Foy sont situées sur le "site historique de la Visitation". Ce parc est à l'angle de la route de l'Église et du chemin Sainte-Foy. Il est un site historique classé depuis 1978, dont la protection patrimoniale et culturelle est assurée par le Ministère de la Culture du Québec.

The Church of the Visitation, was built in stone in 1876. In 1908, two statues were added to the front: a Sacred Heart and St. Michel. In 1914 a fire caused damage inside. It was restored by enlarging the choir. On June 12th, 1977, the church had another fire. It was decided not to rebuild it.

The park and garden were built after the fire in June 1977 followed by three years of archaeological excavations on the site. The church has maintained its facade and its long walls. Both cross and bell were placed nearby in the park.

The ruins of Notre-Dame-de-Foy are located on the historic site "de la Visitation." This park is at the corner of route de l'Église and Chemin Sainte-Foy. It is a historical site since 1978. Protection and cultural heritage is provided by the Ministry of Culture of the Quebec province.
