The Floriculture building on the County Fairgrounds forms an open three-sided courtyard. All the courtyard walls are covered with this panoramic mural of typical western scenery.
During the yearly County Fair (first week of September) the sheltered spaces directly in front of the mural sections are landscaped by horticultural entries, including some garden "props" such as patio tables which are not there during the rest of the year. And of course, there is an admission fee for County Fair. During the rest of the year, access to the fairgrounds is free and the courtyard with these murals is open for public viewing during daylight hours.
