Although the disk is stamped 430 M, it is located southerly along the old railroad bed 220 meters from Disk 0 M.
From the NGS Web Site:
THE 430-METER POINT IS A STANDARD NGS CALIBRATION BASE LINE DISK STAMPED "430 M 1988" SET IN THE TOP OF A 40 CM (16 IN) DIAMETER CONCRETE POST FLUSH WITH THE GROUND. IT IS 3.8 M (12.5 FT) WEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF OLD HIGHWAY 51, AND 1.0 M (3.3 FT) EAST OF A WITNESS POST.
