This small depot began life in Kennedyville, Maryland, was moved to Greenbank Delaware, and finally arrived in Hockessin, Delaware.

Originally this depot was constructed by the Pennsylvania Railroad in Kennedyville, Maryland. The depot is now located in Hockessin, but is in need of some refurbishment. Hockessin has been restored as the northern terminus of the Wilmington & Western Railroad since 2007.
