Minnesota Historical Marker dedicated in 1957 by the St. Louis County Historical Society and the Minnesota Highway Department. This marker commemorates the history of the City of Tower, in the Iron Range country of northern Minnesota.
At the top of the marker is an old iron ore crusher. The marker is located in a great pullover area for the family. There is a railroad museum, trains, McKinley marker, playground, old settlers cabin and more.
