Visit the Stafford County Administration Center in Virginia and one might see an out-of-place red telephone boothClick for related waymark to open in new window standing alongside the sidewalk to the Department of Tourism. A closer inspection reveals there is no phone, but there is a Rotary Club plaque installed on the inside.

The plaque reads:

A Gift From STAFFORD ROTARY CLUB To The COUNTY OF STAFFORD
On The Occassion[sic] Of The Dedication Of The County Administration Building.
November 16, 1991
"Let Our Civic Duty Be A Link Between Past History And The Future. May God Bless."
