The Visitors Information Centre, set up to serve passengers off the Anacortes Ferry. is on the corner of Fifth St and Ocean Ave, at Iroquois Park in Sidney.

This Visitors Information Centre is set up for the convenience of passengers on the Sidney Anacortes Ferry. The location is adjacent to the ferry terminal. The open hours correspond to the ferry schedule. They close when the ferry departs, noon in the spring and fall, 6 pm in the summer when there are two sailings.
This info centre is sponsored by the Saanich Peninsula Chamber of Commerce and provides both government and commercial information on the local tourist facilities and attractions. It is one of three in the Sidney area. The main one is on Beacon Ave in Sidney. The busiest is along the highway between the BC ferry terminal and Sidney.
It is not wheelchair accessible and has no public washrooms. Such facilities are across the road in Tulista Park.
