Two large bay windows, dormers and a neat little pediment over the entrance are some of the architectural features of this home. It is a stand alone property and at least fifty years newer than its neighboring homes, and looks it as well. The home today serves commercial interests, being the home of Era Mill Race Realty.

The nomination form and contributing structure narratives were mailed to me by Christine Messing who works at the NR/NHL Archives in Washington, D.C. I have included an image below of the excerpt for this site.
