There are two excellent sundials along this wall of Les Gabelous Gite. Zarbula painted and Remi Potey restored the adjacent sundial one (WM7RQA).

The sundial has an equatorial line and aperhaps a substyle mark. This fancy mark could also be the painters signature.

The theme on this dial is religious, with the IHS symbol and the mottos. The top one is a reminder of our mortality "Toutes Blessent, La Dernier Tue" All (hours) wound, the last kills! The lower on is "Il est plus tar que vous croyer. A toute heures, aimez & priez Dieu" This translates as "It's later than you think. At all times, love and praise God"
Sundial Type: Vertical - Wall mounted dial plate
