The Ruskin Park playground is a small, local playground with several unusual features. It contains many standard items of play equipment, such as swings (for both small children and older children), a climbing frame with slide, a 'spiders web' rope climbing frame, two roundabouts and a see-saw. In addition to these, it also contains some ringing floor plates, which can be used to play tunes when they are jumped on and a popular sandpit with a fixed digger. Around the edges are several fun animal statues, designed by 'Cod Steaks', the company that also makes the sets and characters for the 'Wallace and Gromit' series of animated films.
More details about the statues can be seen here: (visit link)
