The two story brick building is located in downtown Tracy. It's one of three former banks in Tracy that are on the NRHP. The renaissance styled building has large windows. The bank is also known as Old Bank of America Building, American Bank of Tracy and the Kagehiro Building. The building is currently up for rent.
