There are stairs next to the heliport that lead down to the VIP parking that is beneath the Ballpark. VIPs that arrive via helicopter are able to enter the stadium from underground, keeping them out of site of the public.

What identifies the location as a helipad?: There is an H in a circle in the center of the pad, visible from Google Maps Satellite view. Also there is a warning sign that says "Warning: Heliport in use".
