The Midtowne Suites Hotel is a European style hotel occupying a 1862 building in the heart of the City of Baltimore, otherwise known as "Charm City". This is the Mount Vernon art and cultural district of the city. The neon portions o the sign are the name itself on the front and sides of the awning over the door. The vacancy sign on the side of the awning is also in neon as is another portion of neon that states "Under New Management". Interesting that the last part is in neon considering that's not a sign that is easy to change...
