John Deere's Blacksmith Shop located at the John Deere Historic Site. This is a great place to visit and learn about the history of the John Deere company. From this shop came the first John Deere plows. John Deere was the first to recognize dirt didn't clump and stick on polished steel plows. This shop was the start of the John Deere tractor company.
