This benchmark is located on the square in Livingston, TN. It is stamped S 77 1935. No elevation is listed on the mark. It is located at the corner of South Church St and East Main Street. The mark is placed in the concrete sidewalk in front of Millard Oakley Public Library.

If you search for S 77 on the NGS website the datasheet that is returned lists this mark as being in Pickett County instead of Overton County. If anyone can help explain this I would really like some info.
