This stone Victorian house lies on the south eastern side of Potterspury.

Built in 1856 this house is next to the A5 Watling Street. It is accessed by Poundfield Road which originally formed part of the Nash Mason estate; this was were the manor of Yardley Gobion once was. The house was altered in 1904 with the addition of a new wing.

The house stands near a strip of green land where the village sign is located. Opposite the house is a field with horses.
