Diner in the movie "D.C. Cab" where the drivers from D.C. Cab and the rival Emerald Cab Company would meet up for food and drinks. This is where the one cabbie 'Albert' played by Adam Baldwin meets his dream girl 'Claudette' played by Jill Schoelen the waitress' daughter who's in the kitchen cooking.
The most memorable scene with this building is where the Hack Inspector 'Mr. Ernesto Bravo' played by José Pérez walks in and asks the cab drivers if anyone finds the 1/2 a million dollar violin in one of their cabs. Cab drivers then run out as well as crawl out of windows to get out to their cabs to search for it. The exterior of this building is seen a bunch of times.
The final time we see this building in the movie is when D.C. Cab comes up with a plan to rescue 'Albert' who has been kidnapped and they have to steal Emerald's cabs since all of D.C. Cabs cars have been locked up because of an investigation of where money came from that had just been put into the company to clean it up.
