This is one of the nicer W W II memorials I have visited. It is set in the community park in Jacksonville, Illinois. This park is very nice and kept up real well.
It also has memorials to the Korean War, tht Persian Gulf War. There are no WW I, or Viet Nam memorials at this time, in the park itself. Those are located elsewhere in Jacksonville.
