DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1960 AT CORNELIA. AT CORNELIA, ALONG THE SOUTHERN RAILWAY, 0.1 MILE NORTHEAST OF MILEPOST 560, SET VERTICALLY IN THE NORTHWEST FACE OF CONCRETE FOUNDATION OF STATION BUILDING, 1 FOOT ABOVE THE BLACK TOP SURFACE, 72 1/2 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE NORTHWEST RAIL OF SOUTH BOUND MAIN TRACK, 3 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE WEST CORNER OF STATION, AND ABOUT LEVEL WITH THE TRACK
