"Gray Building is located at 171 East Washington Street.

In 1932, Dr. Leon Gray converted the east first floor rooms into his medical office. Dr. Hector Hickman, a dentist, utilized the west first floor rooms. Since 1952, the entire first floor has been the dental office of Dr. Gordon Gray, the son of Leon Gray. The upper rooms are residential units. The current owner is Dr. Gordon Gray." - Historic District Nomination Form
