Jersey War Tunnels tells the true story of the Occupation of Jersey during World War Two. It is one of the Island 's most popular tourist attractions as well as an important site of heritage conservation and interpretation. The german army build this underground concreet bunker as modern hospital for the invasion of the United Kingdom.
Slaves where brought over from Europe to dig tunnels in the mountain.
This happend in poor and humain condictions.Many died of diseases or unsafe working methods.
