This is a large and spread out Wat, which has the usual range of structures on its grounds. I did visit on a weekend, even so it seemed rather empty.
The Wat is associated with a Buddhist college. The largest buildings on the grounds are for teaching Buddhism, and, I have been told, that the Wat has a reputation as a fine teaching establishment. I was unable to find anyone on campus to talk to about the Wat or the college. The college buildings are impressive and worth a look.

Many Wats do have wildlife wandering their grounds, no problem. However, this time, I turned a corner, turned around a parked car, and there was a statue of a very big pig---then it moved. I withdraw 30m and looked back, it was an evil pig. And it looked at me. It was my size. It did not look friendly. Take care when you visit.
