The crossing serves as the eastern terminus of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and the west end of a short spur connecting with the New Jersey Turnpike.
This section of highway is designated as I-276, as it is connected to I-76. (I-76 also occupies the majority of the length of the PA turnpike)
At this point, travelers cross between Burlington County, NJ & Bucks County, PA.
