This disk was placed by GEOMET at the Lane Pinnacle Overlook, Blue Ridge Parkway Milepost 372.1, ten miles northeast of Asheville. The disk is slightly recessed below ground, and is 1.5 feet outside the wooden guardrail of the overlook, at a point 117 feet SSW of the Lane Pinnacle Overlook sign. I painted an orange arrow on the pavement of the sidewalk.
