The Slavin Building at 1 East Colorado Blvd was constructed in 1905 by Matthew Slavin. The facade was changed an Art Deco syle in 1929 when Colorado Blvd was widened to the north necessitating a change to the facade. The building is currently occupied by the Pottery Barn.
