The building at 60 - 64 East Colorado is historically known as the Eldredge/Stowell Building. The building was built in 1890 and modified in 1928. The architects for the original construction was Cross, Pierce & Bishop and for the modifications Bennett & Haskell. The building is well maintained and is currently occupied by Jamba Juice and a jewelery store along with other stores.
