The impact of Indian Springs Baptist is felt around the region and world. The congregation (typical mid-600's in attendence in worship) have ministries ranging from childrens' Awana, choir, orchestra, youth, college, couples, and senior citizens. The facility has hosted a large area-wide student weekend retreat. Mission activities include neary Bristol Raceway outreach to overseas. Tiger Brooks, minister to students, is also a local Christiam radio WCQR deejay.
Indian Springs Baptist is part of the local Sullivan Baptist Association. The original sanctuary building is now the church offices with a larger worship complex built across and down the street.
