Telford, Thomas, House - Telford, TN - U.S. National Register of Historic Places on Waymarking.com

The house is being well-kept with lots of gardens, which reminds me of my parents' NRHP up in Indiana.

I really could not find any further information at this time about the house - even after excluding all of the references for the Scottish civil engineer Thomas Telford. Would appreciate any insight offered by visitors to this waymark.
