Dillon Dam Brewery is in the town of Dillon,just off I-70, near a number of summer and winter recreation sites. It produces about 2000 barrels of beer per year. There's a large semi circular bar surrounded by restaurant seating on an upper level, a sizable dining area on one side and a spacious deck with outdoor seating. There's an extensive menu.

KP enjoyed an Extra Pale Ale and a McLuhrs Irish Stout (which he thought was a little too sweet) while dining on Osso Bucca. I had wine and Salmon. The food was very good and the servings very generous. We were there in mid spring which is off season. It's a very busy place in summer and during ski season.
