On my way, on a dreary, wet early morning, to assist as a volunteer course worker for a fund-raising bicycle ride I came across this guy. WOW - it is KANSAS after all!! Crafted of metal and in great shape he is waving "Hello" at those driving by (or is it a warning wave?) Dorothy, ToTo where are you?
