209 Scotland St. 1880 +. Frame Vernacular. 2 stories, 1-story hipped-roof porch with jigsaw tracery, and sawn balustrade at main entrance. The oldest house in Dunedin; home of an early city merchant who emigrated from Scotland. Little alteration has been made to the house. Private. N.R. 1979.
