Woodland that is part of the Longshaw Estate between Nether Padley and Froggatt, below Froggatt Edge. In the wood is a large stone with the following inscription.

"In memory of her parents
Charles and Josephine Bingham
Lady Riverdale presented 16 acres of
Froggatt Wood to the National Trust"
