Ginger's Wagon Wheel is a popular destination for the residents of Russell City and those passing through between Ridgeway and Sheffield. The stand sells hard and soft ice cream and specialty ice cream treats. In addition, Ginger's sell pizza and grilled items. There is a small pavilion with picnic tables next to the building. Behind the picnic tables, Ginger's many bird feeders offer an assortment of winged travelers to watch while eating. Ginger's is seasonal with hours from spring to fall, but when open it is usually busy.
