This bronze sculpture group of a frog playing a fiddle, a rabbit playing a horn, and a turtle conducting can be found on the grounds of the Gaithersburg, MD, City Hall in the area of the Concert Pavilion. Dedicated on September 23, 2001, it is the commissioned work of William F. Duffy.
