Volga is located in Brookings County, South Dakota and has a population of about 1500.
Northern European people make up the ancestry of this bustling little town.
It is about 10 minutes from Brookings and South Dakota State University.
It has many amenities for those who wish to spend time hunting, fishing, camping, sight-seeing, and just enjoying a peaceful surrounding.
The school system is outstanding with great academic programs and good sports programs. The mascot is the "Cossacks".
