In an effort to capture the hometown feeling of years gone by, the new town of Highlands Ranch constructed a Town Center featuring shops, restaurants, services and office space surrounded by civic parks, library and a public transportation hub. In the center of this vibrant Town Center stands an impressive 72-foot clock tower. The tower has a clock face on all four sides and announces the time with melodic chimes.
