The neon sign is found on the right of the bulk window. There is a barber shop pole next to it, affixed to the outside wall. In the midst of 60 or so waymarks within a 1/4 mile, this one is very easy to miss. It is located on the ground floor, end unit, of a condominium building. There are several other businesses there as well.
