The park has a playground, a mini train, a petting zoo, a bouncy house and a merry-go-round. The plaque reads: "The park is dedicated to the memory of President John F Kennedy 1917-1963 by the people of the city of Hayward December 1, 1963. "Ask not what your country can do for you.
