This memorial was erected in 2003 by the Sterling Price Camp #676 association in 2003. Visit this page for photographs of the erection. (Note: this website uses a BACK NEXT link at the upper left-hand corner of the webpage to navigate.) The memorial includes paving bricks with names and regiments of the soldiers. The stone reads:

In honor of Colorado's Confederate Veterans
who served during the War Between the States
1861 - 1865
Dedicated by the Colorado Division,
