This popular mountain bike area is located in Haynes, near Chicksands.

All of the mountain bike trails in Rowney Warren are in the northern side of the woodland. The view seen in the main picture is the parking area adjacent to the westerly entrance to the wood.
There are a mixture of free, open for all trails and Freeride and Dual Slalom areas where tickets are required at weekends and bank holidays. Normally there is a refreshment van in the layby opposite the parking.
There are two waymarked trails: A Blue Route for beginners - a 2.5 mile loop and a Red Route - 3.5 miles of cross country.
Rowney Warren is open to walkers as well and care must be taken when on shared routes. There are regular competitions held here for all members.
