Sapulpa Arts was founded in 1987 on the belief that everyone should have the
opportunity to experience the arts. The first endeavor was to fund the
"artists-in-the-schools" . Sapulpa Arts raised enough money to sustain
the program for several years until it could once again by carried by the public
school system.
