Henry Cowell State Park is brim full of history. Here in the heart of the Santa Cruz Mountains, Felton was a lumber boom town, due in large part to the towering Redwoods that grow in this unique coastal climate.
This Nature Trail takes a short 0.8 loop through some of the old growth Redwoods that are the hallmark of the Park. Along the way you'll learn about the Redwoods of course, but also about the animals that live here, as well as some of the local history.
