The Greek Theatre is actually the former building facade of the Bank of Toronto (now the Toronto-Dominion Bank). The facade was removed to make way for a new skyscraper, and the owners of the Guild Inn had it relocated here.

The facade was originally located at Bay and King streets in Toronto's Financial Core. The original site is now home to some of Toronto's tallest skyscrapers.
