Listed as being part of Ft Yargo State Park, in looking for a geocache i stumbled upon some workers clearing brush. They said there are 17 holes, and 7 are being added. Hole 1 was located, at coords, next to the playground. Thus, contrary to the park website, no parking fee applies--parking is within 100ft at a Winder City Park. Choose your time wisely, the atheletic fields get a lot of use, parking can be a problem.
